SPRING BREAK!
SPRING BREAK 2021: 5 pm, Friday March 19 through Noon, Sunday, March 28

The University Housing office will remain OPEN throughout Finals Week and Spring Break. Office Hours follow:
- 9:00 am – Noon, 1:00 pm – 5:oo pm, Monday through Friday
STAYING ON CAMPUS FOR THE BREAK
- Residents who choose to stay on campus during Spring Break 2021, must sign up via the Portal by March 17, 2021. Look for University Housing Overview, then access the “Spring Break Stayover” under “Apps & Forms” on the left side of your Overview Page.
- NOTE: With the exception of Arbor Park residents, a $100 Spring Break fee will be charged to student accounts for students who stay on campus for any part or all of Spring Break.
- With the exception of administrative room changes as needed, we have passed the deadline for room changes for Winter Term. You may request a room change if needed after thge 2nd week of Spring Term. You must have a Roommate Agreement on file. Start with your RA. A Room Chang Form must be completed and authorized BEFORE you begin your move.
- ALL students living on campus Spring Term will be required to complete the COVID-19 Screening Process prior to returning to rooms for Spring Term. See “SPRING TERM at WOU” for details.
CHECKING OUT OF THE HALLS
For students who will not be returning to live on campus for Spring Term, you must complete your move out by Noon on Friday, March 26.

Start with a Residential Contract Petition
- The Residential Student must be present to complete the check out/move out process.

Students moving out ON or AFTER Sunday, March 28, 2021 will be charged for a minimum of the first 10 days of Spring Term.
