Contracts

Housing at Western Oregon University is granted on the basis of an agreement between the University and the student. By electronically submitting, you agree to spend the entire academic year (or remainder thereof) in University Housing. Contracts may be viewed and printed by clicking the link(s) below.

HOUSING CONTRACTS

Contracts for each Academic Year are available to residents one time in the summer – they must be electronically signed, and submitted prior to moving in any term of the year. If you wish to make a copy for yourself, please use the links below.

THE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING CONTRACT

Housing contracts are the written documents for both the student and University Housing to understand the rules about living and eating on campus. Contracts must be signed annually.

Fill out the petition electronically, and then either save it to your computer and send it as an attachment to housing@wou.edu or print the completed petition and submit in person to the University Housing Office. (Located on the first floor of Ackerman Hall)

    Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
    Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
