Move-in Day

Welcome Home, Wolves!

 

Save The Dates:

Summer Stayover Move In: Tuesday, June 16th

Fall 2026 Move In: Monday, September 21st 

Winter 2027 Move In: Sunday, January 4th 

Spring 2027 Move In: Sunday, March 29th 

 

 

Fall Term Move In Procedures:

Keep an eye on your email – Move In instructions will be emailed at the beginning of September.

Move In Day is Monday, September 21st 2026.
You will sign up for a Move In timeslot.
In your timeslot you will go to your move in location, based on your building assignment:

Ackerman Residents: Ackerman Hall (south entrance)
Arbor Park Residents: Landers Lawn
Heritage Residents: Heritage Hall Lobby
Landers Residents: Landers Lawn

You will need your photo ID, preferrably your WOU ID Card. At your check in location you will be checked into your room, sign paperwork, and be given your key.

Early arrivals cannot be accommodated.
If you are arriving after September 21st, please email us at housing@wou.edu.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
