MONDAY – FRIDAY: *Online Ordering NOT available on the weekend*
A Note about online ordering:
Ordering will cut off 20 minutes before each serving end time for all menus. Orders can be placed up to one day in advance for breakfast, lunch, afternoon and dinner menus.
We encourage our guests to order in advance to make sure to order before the cut off time and to select the best pick up time for your schedule.
Be sure to specify when placing you online order if you want “Delivery” or “Pick Up”
- Breakfast – Morning Station Hours are: 7:30 am to 10:00 am*
MUST submit order before 9:40 pm - Lunch – Noon Station Hours are: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm*
MUST submit order before 1:40 pm - Dinner – Evening Station Hours are 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm*
MUST submit order before 6:40 pm
* Order pick-up times are different than meal hours see Online Ordering for details.
WEEKDAY OPERATING HOURS –
- Valsetz Food Court Hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm *During Meal Times*
- Valsetz Convenience Store Hours: 7:00am to 7:00pm
SATURDAY-SUNDAY: IN-Person ordering ONLY. You must come into Valsetz Dining Hall to place your and pick-up your order on the weekends.

- Valsetz Food Court Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm *During Meal Times*
- Valsetz Convenience Store Hours: 9:00am to 7:00pm
