Summer Move In

SUMMER HOUSING CHECK IN


Check in for Summer Housing is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. – Sunday, June 19.

In-coming residents needing to check in for Summer accommodations should report to the Residential Service Center, located on the north side, ground floor of the Valsetz Dining Hall complex (section D-3) on the campus map. Students arriving after 5 pm on Sunday, should still report to the Residential Service Center (located underneath Valsetz Dining Hall –  D3 on the Campus Map – see below) to check in. Please use the link below to access directions to campus and a campus map if needed. NOTE:  Current Summer School residents (who have petitioned to stay on campus between terms) and Summer Stayover Residents: We have tentatively set Friday, June 17 to move from your academic year rooms to your Summer accommodations. Contact University Housing for details.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
