We are just finishing up the Academic Year at Western Oregon University – but that doesn’t mean that we are not thinking and planning for Fall Term, 2019 – and your arrival here on campus. It will be here before any of us know it!
Regardless of who you are or where you will be coming from – a lot will happen between now and when you arrive on campus to begin the chapter of your life entitled Western Oregon University. First and foremost, we want to welcome you to Western Oregon University – we really are so very excited for you to arrive in the fall!

2019 ONLINE HOUSING SELECTION FOR NEW STUDENTS

GO CHOOSE! Starting May 15 and running 24-7 until 5 pm, July 31, 2019

LOG ONTO YOUR HOUSING OVERVIEW PAGE  AND CHOOSE  YOUR SPACE!                      

This process will run 24-7 until 5 PM on Wednesday, July 31.

July 24, 2019: DEADLINE for application submission and eligibility to select your space and roommmate

To be eligible to choose your room/apartment/roommate online, you must submit a completed housing application by  . . .

July 31, 2019: DEADLINE for online changes to your selections

Housing Contracts and Emergency Information Authorization forms will be released by the end of July for completion/submission.

REMEMBER – You must have both your Housing Contract and Emergency Form submitted and on file to be eligible to move into your room on move in day in September.

All online selection and requested changes to current assignments ENDS . . .

August 9: 5:00 pm - Residential Contracts are DUE for Fall Term, 2019

HOUSING CONTRACTS/EMERGENCY INFORMATION FORMS ARE DUE BY 5 PM

Tentatively signed contracts must be be submitted by 5:00 pm, Friday, August 9th to hold your reservation. You will access both via your Housing Overview page in late July.

CONTRACTS MUST BE SIGNED BY THE STUDENT AND ARE TENTATIVELY DUE BY 5:00 PM, FRIDAY, AUGUST 9th

LATE AUGUST/EARLY SEPTEMBER:  Campus mailing addresses will be posted on your Housing Overview page. This will be the last official correspondence from University Housing until Move In Day!

September 22: Move-In Day, Fall Term 2019. Residents move in from 9 am to 5 pm to kick off New Student Week!

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
