HOUSING RENEWAL

Live RIGHT On-Campus and Thrive!

On-Campus Living. It is close. It is convenient. It is cool – and the Housing Renewal process allows our current residents to select the room or apartment and roommates of their choice to live in and with the following academic year. The process is easy. No applications. No Fees*. Just log into your WOU Portal, look for University Housing Overview and once on your Overview page, Room Selection on the left. Follow the prompts and make your choice when your Selection Time and Date roll around. Housing Renewal takes place every year – THIS YEAR, starting in Spring Term! So your placement takes priority over all other student placements that we receive that Spring and throughout the Summer.

This Spring you will be able to take your place at the head of the line for students looking to live on-campus next year.

*Remember – there is no fee to browse to see what spaces are available. ONLY after students actually CHOOSE a space (or are pulled into one) do they become financially obligated to live in that selected space the following year. Further, if you choose to cancel a Renewal request is received prior to the cancellation deadline for that year, the Financial Commitment feel will NOT be charged to student accounts.

Renew Your Housing. Live on campus – you can’t lose!
