Fall Term 2026 Financial Aid Disbursements begin Tuesday, September 22, 2026! Make sure you’ve completed all outstanding financial aid requirements to help keep your aid on track. Check your StudentForms account and your FA Dashboard. - The 2027–2028 FAFSA® & Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA) launch is almost here! FAFSA® Pro Tip: When listing colleges on your FAFSA®, make sure WOU (Federal School Code: 003209) is at the top — or at least in the top three — so your FAFSA® is sent to WOU for processing.
- WOU has a new release of information process starting with the 2026-2027 school year! If you would like to provide other individuals access to your confidential information use Proxy Management. Refer to the following instructions to add additional users.
- Due to recent legislation there are updates and changes to Federal Financial Aid eligibility and processing for the 2026-2027 award year.
- WOU has partnered with ECMC Solutions to provide student loan counseling and support to borrowers as they navigate federal student loan repayment. Contact ECMC Solutions by phone at 1-877-331-3262, or visit their website to make an appointment, connect through email, or web chat with a student loan counselor. The team at ECMC also offers a free webinar series to support borrowers as they navigate repayment.

* The above dates are just the first disbursements of each term. Financial aid funds will post to student accounts beginning the week before the start of each term, and twice weekly thereafter. If you are not enrolled full-time, your aid may be reduced which may delay your funds being disbursed.
