Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Check your “SAP Status” by logging into your WOU Portal, and clicking the Experience icon 
at the top of the page. Then navigate to the Services tab and find the Financial Aid Card. Click the “FA Dashboard” link, from the Home screen click on the Satisfactory Academic Progress tab. If a SAP Appeal is requested it will also appear on your Home tab.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeals must be submitted by the census date each term to be considered for Financial Aid for that term. Please refer to the table below for the SAP due dates for each term.

Appointments: Schedule an in-person, phone, or virtual appointment with a counselor using Navigate (admitted students)
Drop-in hours (no appointment necessary):
Monday, 9:00 am – Noon
Monday, 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Thursday, 2:00 – 4:00 pm
Drop-in hours will be extended during the first week of each term to match lobby hours.
