Transcripts

Western Oregon University uses Parchment to fulfill transcript and diploma orders, offering both paper and digital services.

Unofficial transcripts can be viewed on Wolf Web via the Portal.

Students & graduates with Portal access:
  1. Log in to your student Portal
  2. Open Wolf Web
  3. Open Student Records from the Student Menu
  4. Select the ‘Order Official Transcripts’ option
Students and graduates without Portal access:
  1. Register/Login to Parchment
  2. Provide the required information
  3. Provide as much optional information as possible
  4. Follow the steps to complete the ordering process

  • Official Transcript – paper (each) 12.50
  • Same-Day Rush Transcript 30.00
Willamette Promise Transcripts

If you completed college credits in high-school through the Willamette Promise program, and have not gone on to enroll at Western Oregon University, use the Willamette Promise transcript ordering site. Do not use this link if you enrolled at WOU after high-school.

Third-Party Ordering

A third-party organization may, with a signed release from the student, order and pay for a transcript on behalf of a student. Submit requests through the third-party online ordering interface. The cost to third-party requestors is $30 per transcript.

Duplicate and Replacement Diplomas

Duplicate and replacement diplomas can be ordered through Parchment. Only use this option if you have already received a diploma and are requesting an additional diploma. If you need a diploma, in addition to the original one you received, follow the instructions above to access Parchment. Select the Replacement Diploma product and complete the order.
