Programs affected/consulted

• On the curriculum eform, please include the name(s) of those contacted, with the date(s) and the result(s) of the consultation/collaboration.
• The system should populate with programs that use your courses; see also II. Courses > 2. Course use in programs to double check.

Include

• Programs that currently use your course (required or elective).
• Programs that teach courses with a similar description (see the WOU catalog if needed)
• Programs that teach courses with a similar title (see the WOU catalog if needed)
• For courses that are only used by programs in your program or department, state this.
