Career Fairs vs. Career Connects

Career Fairs

Our Career Fairs are designed to connect your organization with our talented students. These events are a chance to raise awareness of your organization on campus, meet potential candidates face-to-face, and to build a pipeline of potential employees for current and future hiring needs. Whether you’re looking to fill a specific position, or simply expand your presence in the campus community, our career fairs offer valuable opportunities to engage directly with the next generation of professionals.

Career Connects

A Career Connect is a smaller, more intimate networking event designed to give your organizaton dedicated time and space to engage directly with students. Unlike a large career fair, Career Connects offer a more structured setting where meaningful conversations can happen, making it easier to identify strong candidates, share what makes your organization unique, and build lasting relationships with students who are genuinely interested in your field. If you’re looking for a more focused recruiting experience, a Career Connect is an excellent way to connect with motivated talent in a setting that feels less like a job fair and more like a real conversation. These are engaging and fun events and are typically held at the end of the workday.
