Conference Dining Services

Campus Dining believes strongly in seeing that their customer’s satisfaction is met, if not exceeded. Our dining staff work tirelessly to provide seamless service to our conference guests.

Food service for most conference groups is in the Valsetz Food Court located within the residential complex on the north end of campus. Meals served here are primarily buffet style, but arrangements can be made through Campus Dining to provide service in other locations on campus or to make arrangements for a catered event.

Summer Buffet Meal Plan Hours and Costs Buffet meals are served in the Valsetz Dining Hall.

Conference attendees will be issued meal cards to access their contracted meal service.

Meal cards are accepted only in in Valsetz (they are not valid in Werner University Center restaurants). A $5.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost meal cards. (If you lose your card, contact a cashier, and they can enter your account number in manually. Replacement cards are not issued.) The following also apply to our Summer Buffet Meal service:

  • One meal per meal period.

  • Meals must be consumed within Valsetz Dining Hall. No food may be taken out of the facility.

  • Conference guests may return to the food court for seconds within the same meal period.

  • Refunds are not available for meals not eaten.

  • MEALS ARE SERVED ON A CONFERENCE TO CONFERENCE BASIS. Check with your group’s conference coordinator to see what meals have been set up for your group and what service times will be .

Group Discounts

Campus Dining does offer discounts for groups larger than 100 individuals. NOTE: Meal service for conference groups smaller than 100 is generally set at 1/2 hour. For groups larger than 100, one hour is allotted for meal service. Specific discounts are listed below. Please contact Campus Dining for details or for more information.
