Alder View Townhouses
The Alder View complex offers townhouse-style living accommodations and is part of our Family Housing Complex.
Originally set up to provide accommodations for Western Oregon University’s students with families and married students, the “Family Housing” complex has expanded it’s community to include domestic partners, graduate and non-traditional students as well as offering interim housing to WOU’s incoming faculty and staff on a limited time frame, as space allows.
The first level of each townhouse features a living room, kitchen, dining room and a half bath. The second level boasts two large bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry area complete with washer & dryer in each unit.
Rates for Alder View which include utilities, laundry, high speed data line access, tech support and a telephone line with voice mail and caller ID can be found online.
