Diversity Commitment
This scholarship is intended for incoming students who have promoted diversity within their community. At Western Oregon University we are committed to recognizing and supporting outstanding students from diverse cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds, with unique talents, interests, and life experiences.
Award Amount:
Up to $6,000 per year
You can apply through your admissions application by indicating interest in being considered for this scholarship. You will then be contacted to submit a supplemental application through email. Recipients of the award are automatically enrolled in the Diversity Scholars Program.
Renewal Period: 4 years for incoming freshman/2 years for incoming transfers*
