Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
Check your “SAP Status” by logging into your WOU Portal, and clicking the Experience icon 
at the top of the page. Then navigate to the Services tab and find the Financial Aid Tile. Click the “FA Dashboard” link, from the Home screen click on the Satisfactory Academic Progress tab. If a SAP Appeal is requested it will also appear on your Home tab.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeals must be submitted by the census date each term to be considered for Financial Aid for that term. Please refer to the table below for the SAP due dates for each term.

Lobby hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 10am to 5pm. Phone hours are 10am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Schedule in person/phone/virtual appointments with your counselor using the Navigate icon (admitted students) or without an appointment during the drop-in hours*:
- Monday, 9:00 am – Noon
- Monday, 1:00 – 4:00 pm
- Thursday, 2:00 – 4:00 pm
*Drop-in hours are expanded during the first week of each term to match lobby hours.
