Q: Where is the Alumni Office located?
A: The WOU Alumni Office is part of University Advancement and located on the first floor of The Cottage
Q: What are the hours the Alumni Office is open?
A: Generally, the WOU Alumni Office is open from 8 a.m. to 5p.m. However, it is always best to make an appointment with the Director of Alumni Engagement if you’re planning to visit to make sure someone is in the office.
Q: How can I contact the Director of Alumni Engagement?
A: Call 503-838-8710 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, to register for events, and/or to schedule an appointment
Q: I’ve recently moved and want to update my contact information and/or check what you have on file for me. Can I do that online?
A: Yes! Whether you’ve moved, have news to share, want to make a change such as adding/subtracting someone to your records or more, you can do it easily online by filling out the contact update form.
Q: I want to reconnect with former classmates but don’t have all of their contact information. Can the Alumni Office help me with this?
A: Yes! We love helping people connect with other alums! Just send us an email or give us a call and let us know who you’re looking for (i.e. class year(s), major(s), organization/club, etc.) We will get back to you and work with you on finding alums. If you’re looking for just one person, you can fill out the Alumni Locator form.
Q: I’m a teacher and want a pennant for my classroom to show my students where I went to college. Does the Alumni Office have a pennant they can send me?
A: Yes! Send us an email with your school name, shipping address and include any information you think would be helpful for us to know.
