Service Request Desk

The University Computing Service Desk (503-838-8925) is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to document your IT service needs. Our Service Request Representatives will document any issues you are having and direct them to the available tech. Technicians are available Mon. thru Fri. 8:00am to 5:00pm. Unfortunately, UCS is unable to provide any technical assistance on personal computers.
