Service Rates
Monthly Charges
Network access and some applications are charged per user / per month to department or central accounts at the following rates:
- Legacy analog phone or fax line: $19 / month
- Zoom Phone: $26 / month
- Wired network jack: $16 / month
- Wi-Fi for staff use: $13 / month
- Mobile Internet (“hotspot”) for remote staff: $40 / month
We are not able to prorate these charges.
Labor and Materials Charge
The installation of new network service or other technology equipment is charged to a department or project index at the following rates:
- Within business hours (Monday through Friday, 8A to 5P): $60/hr per technician
- Outside of business hours: $90/hr per technician if required for the project
- Student worker assistance: $20/hr per student if required for the project
There is no charge for repairing or disconnecting service.
