GETTING SUPPORT

Service Request Desk

The University Computing Solutions Service Request Desk (503-838-8925) is available Monday through Friday, 8a.m. – 5p.m. to document your IT service needs. Our Service Request Representatives will document any issues you are having and direct them to the available tech. Technicians are available Mon. thru Fri. 8a.m. – 12p.m. and 1p.m. – 5p.m. (closed 12p.m. – 1p.m.).  Unfortunately, UCS is unable to provide any technical assistance on non-WOU owned equipment.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
