Our mission is to support paraeducators – instructional assistants, classroom assistants, and teacher’s aides – through onboarding, professional development, and career trajectory.

GOALS

Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for paraeducators.

Establish a high-quality onboarding class for all new paraeducators in our region.

Offer career trajectory coaching to help connect paraeducators with degree completion and licensure options.

Advocate for the recruitment, support, and career development of paraeducators.

2022 Conference on Learning and Instruction for Paraeducators (CLIP)

Thursday, August 25, 2022 | 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Virtual Conference

This one-day virtual professional development conference is for all paraeducators in the region. We will share content knowledge and instructional strategies you can implement in your work right away. Attend diverse sessions covering five strands, or topic areas:

Literacy

Special Education

ESOL

Early Childhood

Session Proposals

We are seeking presenters to offer engaging sessions geared towards the needs of paraeducators working in K-12 schools.

The deadline for submissions is August 18, 2022.

Registration

Learn about timely topics and new ideas from your colleagues and experts in the field.

The $40 registration fee includes access to all sessions.

Registration will close August 20.
