Investigations of the Biochemical Effects of Five Popular Diet Plans

Welcome to the blog! We reckon that your soul seeks relief from the years of the standard American diet; your doctor may have recently termed you to be in a state of “prediabetes”. Or you may have seemingly layered on some cutaneous coats over the past couple/many seasons. Or you watched an episode of Doctor Oz in the break room and learned that there are cells which divide unregulated to generate masses of the suffocating matter throughout your body (cancer). The person on the show spoke of how they only ate carrots and celery to rid them of their masses….. Regardless of your reasoning, you want to make changes in your diet in hopes of becoming a healthier you. Luckily, we have done the hard work for you in order to help with making the best decision for your health. The following collections evaluate the observed effects of various diets currently being presented to the public as producing positive health benefits. Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
