Welcome to the blog! We reckon that your soul seeks relief from the years of the standard American diet; your doctor may have recently termed you to be in a state of “prediabetes”. Or you may have seemingly layered on some cutaneous coats over the past couple/many seasons. Or you watched an episode of Doctor Oz in the break room and learned that there are cells which divide unregulated to generate masses of the suffocating matter throughout your body (cancer). The person on the show spoke of how they only ate carrots and celery to rid them of their masses….. Regardless of your reasoning, you want to make changes in your diet in hopes of becoming a healthier you. Luckily, we have done the hard work for you in order to help with making the best decision for your health.
