Throughout my time in student leadership positions at WOU, I was able to step outside of my comfort zone and grow in ways I never thought I could. Before I got here, I never thought that I would be able to do anything I am today. I even helped teach a leadership class this term! I am a much better person with better communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills because of my leadership roles. -Rhylie S.

Being involved in student leadership at WOU has been an incredible experience that shaped me in so many ways. It’s helped me build confidence, improve my communication skills, and learn how to work with others to make a difference on campus. The chance to connect with such a diverse group of people and contribute to the community has been so rewarding. I’ve learned a lot, grown personally, and feel prepared for whatever comes next. I highly recommend getting involved -it’s been one of the parts of my time here! -Cody D.
