Making an appointment at the Student Health and Counseling Center is easy as 1, 2, 3:


Step One:

Call our office at 503-838-8313 or drop by the center during office hours to speak with one of our friendly receptionists. Appointments will not be made over email.


Step Two:

Our knowledgeable support staff will assist you in making your appointment. To ease this process, please know what you would like to schedule an appointment for, as well as your availability/schedule.


Step Three:

The receptionist will confirm the date and time of your appointment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork, and check in. Fees may be assessed for missed or late appointments.


Reminder: Due to a high volume of missed appointments, we would like to remind our clients that if you do not cancel your appointment, your student account will be charged a “Missed appointment fee”.
