COMPETITIVE GRANTS PROGRAM
Western Oregon University Foundation is pleased to announce the annual campus-wide competitive small grants program. Please read the following details on how to apply, noting the deadline of April 30, 2025, for applications to be received. Applications must be submitted with a one-page budget no later than midnight on the deadline.
FUNDING LEVEL
In order to give support to a variety of campus activities, grants are generally made in amounts of $1,000 or less.
PROPOSAL PREPARATION
Proposals must be completed within the Grant Request Form. Please fully complete the form. All fields are required. Incomplete or applications not presented within the Grant Request Form cannot be considered.
AREA OF INTEREST
Clearly indicate how your project supports student success.
GRANT REVIEW CRITERIA
- Measurable impact on greatest number of students
- Visibility created to larger university and/or external community
- Alignment with strategic plan: Education. Innovation. Community.
- Availability of other funding source
TIMELINE:
Application deadline: April 30, 2025.
Notification of awards: Week of June 9, 2025
Funding available: July 1, 2025 (must be spent by June 30, 2026)
