Our Mission
To assist English Language Learners in developing confidence and competence in their use of English for both academic study and social interaction.
Our tutors are trained to Teaching English as a foreign language and can help you with:
Reading, Speaking, Listening, Grammar, and IELTS

Fall Term 2022, Weeks 2 — Finals
COVID – 19 is an ongoing dynamic situation that may change that lead to changes in rules and guidance. Spring term 2022, ETC offers online and in-person English Tutoring services. Mask is no longer required in most of indoor settings. However, you are welcome to wear a mask if you are comfortable to do so. We are looking forward to assisting you this term. Please schedule an appointment via WCS in your Portal account or click the embedded link below “Here” to schedule appointments. For IELTS tutoring, please email us at etc@wou.edu.
