Navigate Students

Navigate (formerly Wolf Connection System, or WCS) is WOU’s student success network, here to help you make appointments with advisors, staff, and tutors. Faculty also use Navigate to refer students who might benefit from extra support or who are doing well to touch base with student support services. If you get an email about being referred, it’s a good thing! It means that your professor knows who you are and wants to support your success at WOU.

Making an Appointment:

“Get Support” and select a type of appointment.

If you need to meet with an advisor, select Advising.

For Financial Aid, select Financial Aid, and if you would like to access general tutoring, select Tutoring.

Advising: Here are the offices you can schedule an appointment with using Navigate.

  • Student Success and Advising
  • Student Enrichment Program
  • Multicultural Student Services and Programs
  • Financial Aid
  • Athletics
  • Business Advising
  • Pre-Education Advising
  • Office of International Education and Development
  • International Academic Support
  • Selected Faculty Advisor

If you do not see your advisor, they most likely do not schedule appointments in Navigate. We encourage you to reach out to them personally to set up an appointment.
