Information and Documents:

Tour Brochure: The most up-to-date tour brochure is available here. The cost has already been reduced by $200 per student from the published price listed! We are on our way!

Letter from Dr. Reddan with additional, updated information: Additional Information will be added to this throughout the year. Click here!

Payment Plans (updated!): There are 5 different payment plan options including an individualized payment plan. Our goal is to give you as many options with flexibility as is possible! A reminder that fundraising credits to your final payment first and then works backwards. We will continue fundraising up to the time that we leave. Any refunds due to over payment (including final fundraising credit) will be refunded after the tour as soon as possible. Click here for more information. Note: Do not worry so much about the due dates. We can work with everyone to make this happen!

Initial Deposit: The initial deposit will be due October 16th by cash, check, credit, or debit card. We now have the ability to accept credit and debit card payments. Dr. Reddan will provide more information about this the first day of classes. A portion of the deposit is refundable. For more information, please see the letter from Dr. Reddan above.

Fundraising…

Fundraising has begun with the WOU Foundation, Grants Office, and other work. Thank you to those that met during finals week to brainstorm. More fundraising meetings will take place towards the beginning of fall term. Also, be aware that emails will begin going out at the beginning of August for those that would like to/are able to help with some preliminary fundraising prior to the start of classes. Please be on the lookout for emails and postings on the WOU Choir and WOU Voices Facebook pages.

Ongoing Fundraisers:

Advertise with Us!: That’s right! Your family member or local businesses can now advertise in all of our concert programs throughout the year at a very reasonable cost! This fundraiser is 100% profit, so the more ads, the better. You can view, download, and print the brochure and contract as much as you would like by clicking here! We will be selling ads all year, but advertisers will get the biggest “bang for the buck” if they begin advertising in the fall!

Grants and Sponsorship’s: The WOU Grants Office and Foundation are working on grants and sponsorship’s to support this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. More information is forthcoming. However, if you know anyone through businesses or personally that would be interested in being a sponsor, please have them contact Dr. Reddan.

Upcoming Confirmed Fundraisers:

Jam Night (West Salem): Come join the WOU Choirs for a great evening of food and fun featuring talent from across the Willamette Valley and the WOU Music Department! OCTOBER 27th, from 3-7pm! More information will be posted soon! Three bands, and so much more!

Crowdfunding/Social Media: LAUNCHING SEPTEMBER 30th!!!

Silent Auction & Concessions (Fall, Winter, and Spring Concerts): We will be doing a silent audition and concessions at each of our concerts this year! We will begin soliciting for silent auction items (big items) right away! If you know of business or anyone that may be willing to donate, please feel free to contact them or give the information to Dr. Reddan.

Massive Recycling Fundraiser (Fall, Winter, and Spring): These fundraisers will require one day to complete and some advertising. This will include cans, metal, shoes, ink cartidges, electronics, and much, much more! These can be huge fundraisers depend on how much we collect and require very little time commitment.
