Kubota/Cart 4 Hours $20.00 1 Day $30.00 Box Truck * 1 Day $50.00 2 Days $100.00 3+ Days $150.00 Colorado* 1 Day $50.00 2 Days $100.00 3+ Days $150.00 PLEASE NOTE: It is expected that the vehicles will be returned in clean condition. A labor charge of $50/hour will be applied for cleaning any vehicle not returned in a clean condition. * Note regarding Box Truck & Colorado: These vehicles will be received with a full tank of gas upon pick-up. It is expected that the vehicles will be returned with a full tank of gas. A gasoline fee will be charged if the tank is not full at return.

    PLEASE NOTE: Drivers must be authorized by Campus Public Safety to drive WOU vehicles prior to requesting a vehicle.

    The form must be properly filled out and sent to WOU Campus Public Safety. They will then complete a DMV record check, and driving authorization will be sent (takes up to 5 days).
    Note that if you have an out-state driver's license, that you will need to include the driving record from your state's DMV with the form.

    PLEASE NOTE: Vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available when not being used for Facilities Services business. After we receive your request, someone from Facilities Services will contact you to confirm availability.
  • Date and Time Needed

    PLEASE NOTE: Vehicle pick-up is only scheduled during Facilities Services business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00am-12:00pm & 12:30pm-4:30pm). You are responsible for making arrangements with Public Safety if you will be returning the vehicle after Facilities Services business hours or on the weekend.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
