It is expected that the vehicles will be returned with a full tank of gas. A gasoline fee will be charged if the tank is not full at return.

Driver's must be authorized by Campus Public Safety to drive WOU vehicles prior to requesting a vehicle.

The form must be properly filled out and sent to WOU Campus Public Safety. They will then complete a DMV record check, and driving authorization will be sent (takes up to 5 days).
Note that if you have an out-state driver's license, that you will need to include the driving record from your state's DMV with the form.
