TABLES/CHAIRS USE FEES Tables Up to 20 $50.00 21-40 $100.00 41+ $150.00 Chairs Up to 50 $50.00 51-100 $100.00 100+ $150.00 PLEASE NOTE: Delivery and pick-up of racked tables & chairs are included in the above rental fees. It is expected that the tables & chairs will be returned to the racks prior to pickup. Additional labor charges will be applied for table/chair set-up, re-racking of tables/chairs and cleaning of tables/chairs if necessary. ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT USE FEE Spider Box and cords 1 Day $50.00 2 Days $100.00 3+ Days $150.00 PLEASE NOTE: Spider box fee includes extension cords, cord covers and delivery/pickup. LABOR CHARGES Employee Per Hour/ Per Employee $50.00 Student Worker Per Hour/ Per Student $20.00 PLEASE NOTE: Facilities Services is available to help with event setup.
