Tuition & Fee Appeal

Tuition & Fee Refund Appeal Form

Students who feel there is a special circumstance that warrants consideration may appeal the refund policy by using this form. The circumstance must be extraordinary for the appeal to be considered. Please attach any supporting documentation. Requests received more than 90 days after the drop/withdrawal may not be considered. Note: If a student wishes to appeal the refund policy due to medical reasons, do not complete this request. Please use the link on the previous page.
REQUIREMENTS: You must be withdrawn from the course(s) before a refund can be considered.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
