Mission Statement: The MCRs (Multicultural Representatives) are a group of students strongly committed to assisting Western Oregon University's Multicultural Student Services and Programs Office retain ethnic and culturally diverse students. They will promote and strengthen WOU by providing a personal perspective and guidance to new student from first generation, low income, and underrepresented backgrounds. In turn, the MCRs will have the opportunity to grow and develop leadership skills as active members of the Western Oregon University and as individuals.
Program Description: MCRs provide support and mentorship for new students from first generation, low-income and underrepresented backgrounds.
