Student Enrichment Program

At this time, our building is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

We welcome you to drop in to ask questions, use our computer lab, or check textbook or equipment rentals in or out.

All the SEP services you value, and some new ones that we’ll be adding, are available to you remotely or in person. Some highlights:

  • Advising appointments are now available wherever you are via phone and Zoom, or in person in our office. Just create an appointment using the link at wou.edu/sep and choose your preferred method.

  • Your advisor will still be available to you via email, the same as they have always been.

  • Most importantly, we’re looking to do more! We need your help understanding the best way to connect and support our community while we are mostly all working remotely. If you have ideas, please share them with sep@wou.edu.

Thanks, and we’re looking forward to the exciting ways we can help you in the coming term.

The SEP Team

Message from the Director:

Welcome to the Western Oregon University’s Student Enrichment Program (SEP) TRIO Student Support Services (SSS) website. Following US Department of Education Guidelines, our program is committed to supporting low income, first generation and/or students with a documented disability. We are honored to have served and supported this vibrant community of citizens and scholars for over 30 years! SEP is dedicated to helping students succeed in reaching their academic and personal goals as they navigate their way through their college experience here at WOU. Our hands-on, holistic approach to academic advising, along with our tuition-remitted First Year Seminar (FYS) courses, workshops and financial support services help our participants successfully persist in their collegiate studies to graduation. Please explore our website and discover the many ways students benefit from our services.

We look forward to helping you achieve academic and personal success,

Chris Solario
