Hi, Maren,
Traditionally, the English session of AES has been held in the Willamette Room of the WUC. May we please request that room again this year?
We have excellent attendance every year, including parents, students and their friends, and patrons who give generously to our prizes.
The Willamette Room serves us well.
Thanks so much for considering this request.
Best,
Henry

Our session typically runs two hours. Last year's time from 10:30 am to 12:30 worked perfectly.
Thanks again for all this hard work.
