We are hoping to use the Columbia Room again because we also hope to have our Year End Psychology Celebration Awards and PsiChi Induction Ceremony right after our research talks in the same room. My understanding is that the Behavioral Sciences Division APA has already reserved the Columbia room from 3:00 pm on. But we can adjust our timing of the awards and psi chi induction to fit AES; For example, we could do our research talks from 3-5 and then start our celebration at 5:30. Thus, if we could have 30 min to set the room up at 2:30 that works or if you need it until 3, perhaps we can have our research talks start at 3:30. So far, we do not know how many research talks we have. I think last we had the room too long and someone else can definitely use it up until at 2 pm.
