Website Status Announcement

Our website host, site5.com, suffered a catastrophic failure early in the morning on December 17th.  While the hosting company is busy restoring the service, we have temporarily moved cecleadershipconference.org to another server at BridgeTown Hosting.

As a result, some of the pages on the site are out of date at this time.    We are working to resolve the problem.

Note: We are unable to receive email at any @cecleadershipconference.org address at this time.

Update: CECLC Website Status

We apologize for the downtime we experienced over the last couple of days.  This was due to technical problems outside our control.  We still are not able to receive email at any addresses ending with @cecleadershipconference.org.

  • If you need to contact CECLC you may leave a comment on this post page.  Your comment will not appear on the website.  We will respond as soon as we are able.

The The César E. Chávez Leadership Conference (CECLC) website has a temporary new home.  While we wait for our usual web host, site5.com, to recover from a serious failure hosting space was donated by BridgeTown Hosting.  We will continue to post updates on our site status.

Thank you for your patience.

This conference is open to Latino high school students from Multnomah, Washington, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Linn-Benton and Clackamas Counties. The goal of the conference is to provide information, motivation and an opportunity for Latino students to gain skills to help them prepare for their future. This is the largest Latino high school student leadership conference in the state of Oregon. Last year approximately 1,500 students participated in this event. The conference schedule is from 8:00am-4:00pm, however the College/Career Fair will run from 10:00 am-2:00 pm including a lunch break. The College/Career Fair will be one of the sessions that students will be REQUIRED to attend.

It is our goal to see Oregon private, nonprofit higher education well represented at the 2016 César E. Chávez Leadership Conference.
