Liberal Education At WOU

In 2014, WOU adopted the Essential Learning Outcomes framework from the American Association of Colleges and Universities’ LEAP (Liberal Education, American Promise) initiative.  In 2016, we began a process to align our undergraduate programs and courses with five key skills:
