Submitting Forms to Human Resources

Please submit forms to Human Resources using one of the following methods:

1. Human Resources Form Submission (preferred) – Current employees may upload documents directly to HR via WOU Portal. Forms submitted using this method must (1) contain all necessary signatures, and (2) be submitted by the employee.

2. Secure e-mail – E-Mail an applicable staff member or HR email address (;; or If you submit forms via e-mail please use the directions found here for sending a secure e-mail using, #secure# after the subject.

3. Physical form(s) – Mail or drop-off physical forms to our office during our office hours.
