Billing & Statement
Western Oregon University provides paperless billing for all currently enrolled students. When your bill is ready, you’ll receive it in your student email.
Bills are created mid-month for all accounts with a balance. Each statement shows your account at that moment, which may not include the most recent charges or payments.
To see your current balance anytime, you can always view a detailed breakdown on the Account Summary Page.
You may also access this through your student portal by navigating to:
Experience → My Account tab → Student Financials card
In Experience, it provides a term-by-term breakdown of your account activity.
