Zellee Allen

Co-Executive Director, Partnerships in Community Living, Inc.

Zellee Allen earned an associate of arts degree from Big Bend Community College before obtaining his bachelor’s degree in 1993 from Western Oregon State College, now known as Western Oregon University. As a student at Western, he participated in sports, student art shows, and coached the junior varsity basketball team. Allen attended the University of San Francisco from 1992 to 1994 where he graduated with a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Management. This degree armed him with the knowledge and skills to grow and expand Partnerships in Community Living, Inc. (PCL). PCL provides community, work, and living support to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Zellee received the Western Oregon University Alumni Award for Excellence in 2012 and has served on the Polk County Development Corporation’s Board of Trustees which manages and develops housing for low income residents in Polk County.
