We actually followed the turtle tracks up (they look like ATV tracks) on the beach and found the turtle. It dug a hole in the sand and layed the eggs in it. Our guide had to put the eggs in a back and take them somewhere else to rebury it because locals will follow the tracks and dig up the eggs because the are really valuable. They either sell them or eat them.
Amazing photo! Tell us more. It’s fascinating how the eggs are in the crevice of the rock. Michele
