Campus Public Safety, in conjunction with Abby’s House, Student Conduct, and Campus Rec, provides self-defense courses throughout the academic year.  The class includes a lecture presentation followed by hands on practical application. It is an opportunity to learn realistic self-defense tactics and techniques through hands on scenario based training.

The self-defense course consists of a free two-day class open to students, staff, and faculty.

The next class will be held May 4th and 5th, 2022, 5pm-8pm.  Please check with the Health and Wellness Center for sign-up availability.

The course is made available to you through WAIV (Wolves Against Interpersonal Violence).
