Resources and Services

Residential computing offers a multitude of resources and services for the WOU campus students. Look to your right for more information or give us a call with any questions.

How to Login and Download Office 365 Suite

At the website, click “Sign in”

 

Log in with your WOU username with “@mash.wou.edu” appended, and at the next step, your WOU password

Once logged in, you have two choices.

  1. Download the apps to your computer by clicking on the Install and More at the top right-hand corner.
  2. Use the apps through the internet browser by clicking on apps within the list on the left-hand side.

 

 

Rather hardwire your device than use Wi-Fi?

Residential Computing has Ethernet cords for checkout. We also have Ethernet Adaptors with USB or USB-C connectors for devices that do not have Ethernet ports as well. Please call or email us to reserve one today!

We provide a suite of personal computer support for the residents of WOU.

Some of the things we provide are:

  • Virus scans of all computers
  • Adware scans of all computers
  • Junkware scans of all computers
  • Tech support
  • Computer advice

 

Services we do not offer:

  • Hardware support
  • Reinstallation of Operating Systems
  • Support for malicious intent

The Residential Computer Lab is located in the RSC. This lab does have a printer where your free print credits can be used.

Lab Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8am-10pm
Saturday-Sunday: 11am-8pm

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
