Graduates

Financial Requirements

Students who received a Perkins Loan or a Direct Stafford Loan must complete exit loan counseling. Students who received both loans must complete exit counseling for both.

Financial Considerations That Will Delay Your Diploma:

  • Students who received a Perkins Loan but did not complete exit loan counseling or that are delinquent on their Perkins loan payments.
  • Students who owe money to the university will have a hold placed on their transcripts and their diploma until the debt is paid. All debts must be paid in the Business Office at least one week before the Commencement Ceremony.

For questions regarding Perkins loans or money owed, please contact the Business Office on 503-838-8201 or by visiting their website.
