Western Oregon University’s Commencement takes place on the same day and at a similar time to that of other local universities, so traffic likely will be heavier than normal on highways. Please plan in extra time.
Most notably Oregon State University’s ceremony in Corvallis is planned for the same time as WOU’s ceremony, so the highways between Monmouth and Corvallis will be congested.
