Prepare for Emergencies

Want to feel confident that you can keep yourself and your loved ones safe if disaster strikes? Or gain the peace of mind that comes from knowing you have the skills to handle an emergency? At the Red Cross, we call that “preparedness” and we’re here to help you achieve it.

Emergency Planning & Preparation

The American Red Cross has created this Disaster and Safety Library to assist you in preparing your home, school and workplace in the event of a disaster or emergency. Here you will find fact sheets, preparedness checklists, recovery guides and other helpful information to keep you informed and safe.
