Child Care Matters Technical Assistance Specialist (CCM TA) provides tiered technical assistance and professional development to support implementation of the Child Care Matters database. Child Care Matters supports the Early Learning System to support implementation of the Child Care Substitutes of Oregon to assign Regional Child Care Educators (subs) to early learning programs across Oregon. Works alongside the Child Care Substitutes of Oregon Team, Child Care Resource and Referral systems, early educators and Region Child Care Educators (sub staff) to develop and maintain system policies and procedures. Works on developing and implementing support for early educators and sub staff to ensure the system effectively supports their work. Works alongside the Center Data and Database specialist to provide feedback about needed system enhancements and support the overall user experience in CCM.
