  • Spark applications - compliance check, entry onto compliance log.

  • Sending electronic Welcome Kits.

  • StepAhead setup and implementation.

  • Spark Monthly Update email.

  • All SPUR and QI cycle entry in Wildflower and follow up. 

  • Spark Rating Renewal processing, including:

    • Send materials to program upon requests

  • Monthly Spark log Back-up

  • Run webinar powerpoint

  • Take notes for all meetings.

  • Ordering Spark Supplies

  • Spark website monitoring, updates, and upload webinar recording and PowerPoint in coordinate with Amy.

Professional experience

 

I worked 2 years at the English Language School in Monmouth, OR as an administrative staff. I then began my journey at WOU where I worked 6 years in the International Department starting as an Office Coordinator, then an International Student Advisor, and on to the Interim Assistant Director for a time. I now reside in The Research Institute as a Project Support Specialist for the Spark Grant.

Western Oregon University’s Land Acknowledgement
Western Oregon University in Monmouth, OR is located within the traditional homelands of the Luckiamute Band of Kalapuya. Following the Willamette Valley Treaty of 1855 (Kalapuya etc. Treaty), Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations in Western Oregon. Today, living descendants of these people are a part of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon and the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians.
