Areas of responsibility

I am a bilingual project specialist with Child Care Substitutes of Oregon (CCSO) and I focus on recruitment & retention as well as professional development for CCSO substitutes and child-care programs wanting to access the CCSO services.

Child Care Substitutes of Oregon (CCSO) is a program based at The Research Institute (TRI) at Western Oregon University.  CCSO recruits and hires early-childhood-education substitute teachers all across Oregon to form a substitute pool. Oregon licensed child-care programs can enroll to use CCSO substitutes for coverage. Click HERE for more information about CCSO!

---
